I need coffee so bad it hurts...

I'm so ridiculously tired right now. Had trouble sleeping last night and this morning, at 7am, our upstairs neighbors decided AGAIN that it was a great time to do several loads of laundry. The thing is, if we had called after hours security ever time they have done it, there'd be enough reports and noise violations to evict them. All in the last month. We did it once and got a letter. They do it 3-4 times a week. Sometimes for morning and night. And it drives me up a frickin' wall. Ugh...I just want to go up there and slap them.
